   From the beginning, I clearly explained that the only issue with the car was the ignition starter – which turned out to be correct and cost just £35 to fix. Despite this, the situation was dragged out for weeks unnecessarily. Instead of fixing the real issue, they fitted a second-hand cluster, which wiped all the existing codes from the car. This caused major complications, and I had to pay a considerable amount to get everything reprogrammed. I also had to pay to recover and bring the car back home. They went as far as transferring the chip from my original cluster into the second-hand one, which only made things worse. Both clusters I received from them were completely dead – no power going into either – and I ended up having to buy a brand-new clock myself. To make matters worse, I was lied to repeatedly over the course of a month. Every day I was told something different – that they were waiting on someone to program the cluster, that the guy was busy, or that he’d be coming the next day. None of it was true. And on the day I finally took the car back, I was told they now knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it – yet another lie, considering both clusters were still non-functional and nothing had been resolved. In the end, I called someone else who correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour. This entire experience was unnecessarily expensive, stressful, and frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone

   Issue with my car electrical system, mystery battery drain. Brought to A and A Electrical and they diagnosed the issue within a day. Found the part I required from car manufacturer but was over priced so A and A found me an aftermarket part for lower price. Very speedy and efficient service, helpful and friendly staff, would highly recommend.

   Took car to A and A as another Mini specialists recommended them as problem with my car could be electrical. Laura was so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Although they were unable to rectify fault -As it wasn't electrical, I wasn't charged more than labour costs. I would recommend Laura and this Company as in my opinion they are honest, and know what they're talking about regarding all makes of cars and will not charge you for unnecessary work and that's quite rare in today's times.

   Firstly, Laura there receptionist was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. She rang to update me with all details before repairs and after. All my car electrics issues had been repaired and working thanks to A&A AUTO ELECTRICAL despite taking it to four other garages prior. I would recommend the garage highly .They are SPECILIST... at what they do, transparent and reasonably priced. Thank you Alex for repairing my car. Hands down the best customer service I have EVER received in my life !!!! you will not be a disappointed customer using them. Looking forward to using them again and recommending them to others.    I was captivated when I spoke to Laura. She was kind honest and the service was great! My car had an electrical fault and after one year I deceived to go to A&A.
