   Turned up quickly and carried out simple filling loop replacement but significantly overpriced compared to other quotes. The cost of the part was MORE THAN DOUBLE what was quoted over the phone. Bear in mind they will round up the time to the next hour even if it's only part way through. Won't be using again and would not recommend if you have other options.

   Excellent company and excellent service provided by the team. I had an emergency plumbing issues with my shower and my boiler was also due a service. The bathroom issues were swiftly sorted and the boiler was given a great service and update and the central heating is working so much better. The team were dedicated going above and beyond in ensuring my boiler was fit for purpose (and extending its life for a few more years). Most grateful for their efforts and for their excellent manners too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

   Have called these guys a few times now for help in my flat - the first time to help fix an expansion vessel tank which had fallen from the wall from the previous owner. Also a boiler service. And most recently to fix an urgent pipe leak, called and they were able to send someone within an hour, who identified the issue immediately and helped to fix as well as help remove the water leak from the floor. They were the first company I called, and will definitely call again. Both engineers who've helped have been lifesavers! Highly recommend.

   Very grateful to 'Jay' who came within about 2 hours of my evening call to their office and repaired for me a slow leak in a HW cylinder where the 'coil' inside it connects to one of the external pipes I had strained at the union joint onto the cylinder due to my great difficulty installing a new 3 port electric valve. I felt too tired to finish wiring the new valve and refill, vent & recommission the CH/HW system and he did all this in 2 hours including testing gas tightness and paperwork- and all all left safe and working. Both my tenant and me (landlord) were very pleased- Jay saved the day and was very nice and efficient throughout. The service was a fair price too considering a late night emergency call and the large amount of professional skill and dexterity and tools required. I feel blessed to have found this company and have made a note of them for any future emergency calls.

   Would give minus stars if I could Surly plumber who thrust a clipboard in my face and expected me to sign a contract that was over double the price quoted He didnt even get inside my cottage i ushered him off the drive and refused to be ripped off £150 for a ten minute compression valve replacement and i had purchsed the valve myself!!! BEWARE DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY

   I discovered a large leak in a water pipe under the floor but could not isolate it. Called Fast Response Plumbers (since my normal plumber was not available) and they arrived within 45mins. They fixed the leak quickly even though it was in location that was difficult to access. nice friendly service. Would recommend to anyone.
