   Absolutely appalled! I Paid £670 for a "full service" including spark plug replacement, and left with a misfiring engine. Diagnostic scans show misfires and extremely bad rough running values on cylinders. My car was driving absolutely fine before their shoddy workmanship. When I returned to report the issues, the disgraceful assistant manager Darragh had the nerve to dismiss my concerns, pathetically claiming problems were due to my "car being 6 years old" and outright refused any warranty claims for their own incompetent work. Now I'm facing additional costs to fix what they damaged. Only the diagnostics and investigation of the issue will incur multiple hundreds. Expect premium prices but utterly dreadful workmanship and zero accountability at this location. They're a disgrace to the BMW name. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and look elsewhere for your BMW servicing needs.

   Recently had my bmw fixed as my starter motor went. I was seen by L.Hegarty she’s such a nice lady, I’ve been to different bmw branches and she’s the best and nicest person I’ve ever been seen by. She’s very good at her job and not only that she’s a genuinely great person!.

   "I recently visited BMW Battersea on a Friday for after-sales support, specifically for a recall on my motorcycle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they addressed my concerns promptly, which I appreciated. However, my only disappointment was that they offered me a service plan that I found to be a bit pricey. While the service itself was positive, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of pricing and more affordable options. Overall, I would recommend BMW Battersea for their after-sales services, but it would be great if they could consider more cost-effective service plans."

   Great service received at BMW Park Lane Battersea by Robbie Masters Service Consultant. Kept me updated throughout the time my bike was in for repair, even sent me a video with updates and once it was completed received a call to collect all in a very quick turnaround time The bike even had a complimentary wash. Thank you.

   Took my BMW in for a full service and I have to say it was the most seamless, wholesome experience I’ve had. Linda, one of the service providers was the star of the show for me. Linda let me bring my car in earlier than scheduled, kept me updated during the service, and was really hospitable (and gave me genuine advice around an issue with the car spotted during the service). I’ll definitely be going back next year!

   Calling to get your car booked in is a complete nightmare. Calls are never being returned and the call center people cannot actually book a service or anything. You need to wait for a call back. I have been waiting for a week and keep calling but no one ever returns calls… I am promised a urgent call back but nothing happens. It’s highly frustrating that the only way to book your car is actually going physically there… I have taken my car in for investigation of noises several times, the last time being in June and was told that nothing is wrong. Paying for investigation is really expensive! No other garage make you pay to investigate a problem! I have now failed MOT because suspension are complete run down while it was in the garage 2 months ago…
