Booked in for an insurance repair for some damage to panels and lights. We needed the car back urgently (before it could be fully fixed) and Paul went above and beyond to sort something out for us - even opening the shop a couple of hours before official opening time so we could collect it. It was also really easy to organise getting it back to them to get the final bit fixed for no extra charge. Highly recommend

Iβm extremely disappointed with the service. It took them an entire month just to replace a rear bumperβa straightforward job that should have been completed much faster. They kept telling me they were waiting for the bumper, but when I checked, I could clearly see my car parked with the new bumper already fitted. This unnecessary delay felt like an attempt to exploit third-party insurance claims. The lack of honesty and transparency was shocking. This entire experience was a waste of time and money. Stay away from this garageβtheyβre liars and completely untrustworthy.

They did repair my Hyundai Tucson front wing and a bumper for 1.5 weeks. Which is a reasonable term. The job has been impeccable; car washed and clean. Thank you for that! They kept me informed which is another plus. I'm definitely would recommend them!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Willow Body Works as the repairer for my insurance company. I must say, it was a complete nightmare. First of all, the lack of communication from their side was extremely frustrating. I had to constantly call them and ask for updates about my car, and even then, I would only receive vague responses. It seemed like they had no interest in keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. To make matters worse, I noticed that they were using my car for loading and unloading stuff, like a truck or lorry. This was completely unacceptable to me, as my car is a well-maintained family vehicle. When I finally received my car back, I was shocked at the state it was in. The windscreen was completely broken (It was already having a small crack that we can't even see without focusing on it properly) and there were numerous scratches all over the body. It was evident that they had not taken any care while handling my car. To add insult to injury, there was no fuel left in the car, which made me wonder if they had been using it for their personal errands. But what was even more concerning was the fact that my car had started to rust in some places due to their 'good maintenance'. This was a clear indication that they had not stored my car properly and had neglected basic maintenance procedures. Overall, my experience with Willow Body Works was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. The way they treated my car was completely unacceptable and I will never trust them again with any of my vehicles. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Having had a door damage, I had no choice but to go through the insurers. Willows Bodywork were exceptional, particularly Kayleigh, I had called to get my permit out of the car, no problem. On having my car returned there was a window issues. Kayleigh called and spoke me through correcting it! Amazing service
