   Poor service from a generally disappointing and dishonest company. Please be careful using them. The plumbers are generally polite and timely, but ineffective. Charges are high, and the company will invoice you to make payment very (very) quickly after the works, threatening to take action if you don't pay. The model is to get your cash as soon as possible, so if there are any long terms issues remaining they do not have to fix them. All experiences are different, but consider your options before engaging with Marvel Property Solutions.

   Booked Marvel through a recommendation. Was a quality service from the start, extremely prompt response times and quotes, and did the job well. It was quite a simple job, but preferred to pay probably slightly more than an independent plumber since they were very quick, professional, polite, turned up on time and that it was a flat fee to get it done. Have seen too many independent tradesmen who are either not interested or waste time , so Marvel is refreshing.

   Efficient. Plumber quickly diagnosed source of a leak from pipes connected to the bath. Marvel ordered parts which arrived promptly and leak fixed a couple of days later. Fairly and transparently priced and good job done. They say they try and fix problems in first visit but our leak was not the expected one, hence it look a little longer as first plumber didn't have the right parts. Fixed my taps at the same time so all good.

   This company is incompetent and unreliable. First they mis diagnised the problem. They then said they would charge me to come and diagnose the problem again, charge again to fix it. The office staff told me first plumbers who came didn't know much about my boiler. As a last ditch effort I asked to arrange a plumber to come and fix my pump. They insisted on payment in advance. The manager rang, told me she would look into it and ring me back. 2 weeks later and still no reply. Never deal with Marvel.

   We recently had Marvel complete our annual boiler service/certificate. We have used Marvel on several occasions over the past 3 years and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness and willingness to explain or solve any issue that has cropped up. The engineers are thorough and knowledgeable and always prepared to stay to finish/explain the job as necessary, rather than rushing to their next appointment. I have no hesitation in recommending Marvel for plumbing and heating services.

   I have used Marvel on a number of occasions and have found them to be very personable, offering a level of service that is rare among plumbing companies. On the first occasion I was in the midst of a burst pipe and expert advice on the phone at the point of crisis enabled me to isolate the leak very locally allowing my family to remain at home and still access most of the water supply. They then worked with me to gather as much information on the issue before coming out (through photographs etc) to ensure that my job was completed quickly and with minimum call out charges. I would recommend this company, and have done so on a number of occasions.
