    Unbelievably terrible. Had to deal with Domex via Fantastic services - they came to my house twice , did absolutely nothing after about 10 mins, and then charged almost £200. Insisting that our machine was fixed, but it’s still broken. So so bad at their jobs. Extremely surly and ridiculously snarky customer service women on the phone. Just don’t use this company.

    Our appointment was cancelled by Domex the day before, rearranged, and then cancelled again. They weren't able to rearrange until a week later so we cancelled and went with someone else.

    Amazing work delivered professionally and carefully. Great attention to Covid-19 regulations (the engineer wore a mask all the time) After the work was done everything was left clean and tidy, the engineer run a few test to check everything was in place. Good value for money, quick service, highly recommended
