   The person sent to look at my washing machine didn't even bother to look at it. He immediately announced it was broken and said there was no point trying any fixes although how they could know that from a glance I have no idea. The guy then accidently scratched a large permanent mark into my wall with his bag, used my bathroom, took £100 from me and then left. Left me questioning value for money a little.

   Shah misdiagnosed a faulty pump as a door lock problem. Did not confirm the machine was working before he left. Was uncontactable for a time. He has now refunded me.

   Shah is hands down one of the best tradesman I have had to deal with. I call him over the weekend and we talked through the issue I was having and he explained the most likely solution, prices and his fees should he deem the machine unrepairable. All very reasonable and he came over the next day. He took care not to damage any of my flat (as it had just been renovated) and repaired the inner drum seal perfectly and did a thorough test to ensure no leaks anywhere. Highly recommended.
