Shaibul and colleague came to quote for a job fitting three new basin taps and a new bathroom towel heater. One tap had completely corroded piping underneath the sink which was leaking and unusable. Shaibul sourced the taps that would fit and what radiator would fit the space given the existing pipework. Professional service, helpful advice and reasonable pricing. Got the job done properly and turned up when planned and on time. After having several other time wasters let me down, would recommend Shaibul and team for their service and quality of work.
Having had issues with a hot water immersion heater, I contact Shaibul having seen other positive reviews. He was very helpful and professional from the start which made me feel I could trust him. He confirmed the issue quickly, provided an interim fix and I immediately felt that he was giving me the right advice. He was responsive, professional and did a great job replacing the control unit quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the whole interaction and would contact him again without hesitation if I have any other plumbing or heating issues.
I am so pleased to have found Shaibul. I posted on a Wapping Whatsapp group asking if anyone knew a good plumber and I immediately got several responses highly recommending Shaibul. I contacted him and he responded quickly and fixed a time to come over. He phoned me that morning to confirm what time he would arrive. He was extremely polite and communicative. He talked me clearly through the options and cost benefit of each and didn't use lots of industry jargon like many plumbers do that most people don't understand! He did not try to talk me into the most expensive option but actually recommended the quicker and cheaper option which was him fixing our current radiator rather than pulling out the whole thing and re-piping it as he said it was not necessary. As an added bonus, he also fixed an electric radiator in our bathroom which we have been struggling to get help with for the past 4 months with several engineers being unable to solve the problem! He waited until he was certain the issue was completely resolved, unlike others who have tried to do a quick fix and then left before ensuring the issue was actually resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again in the future for any jobs that I have.
It is so difficult to find trusted plumbers who will do a good job for a reasonable price. I don't typically write reviews but I'm very impressed with the work carried out at two properties where there were issues with the heating (radiators needed replacing) and boiler leak that was particularly troublesome. Professional, on time, and diligent! Importantly very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
