Excellent from start to finish. The Engineer was helpful on the phone diagnosing the issue, and was able to start and finish the work in good time, and made every effort to do the best job possible. All working well, and was able to get a long guarantee.

We called this company on a Saturday evening, having been without the heating and hot water for a number of days. They were able to dispatch an engineer within 1 hour and he was able to fix the problem promptly in a temporary manner and explained what needed to be done to fix it permanently. We proceeded with the full fix and it was done very thoroughly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.
Appalling company. Charged over £300 to diagnose faulty boiler and then tried to coerce my partner to pay £800 deposit for £1600 of repairs, which included £100 parts marked up to £500 and £300 to collect parts. Apparently can't write the estimate down as its not a service they provide. Very difficult to contact as well. Also seem to operate as Boiler Repairs R Us Avoid this company at all costs.
Bit pricey, my boiler is less than 2 years old and the technician said I needed to replace three items in the boiler at a cost of approx £1300. I’ve just had a second opinion and apparently that’s not the case and I should only be replacing a broken release valve. Hard to know what the truth is here, but overall felt a little fishy.
