   I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. I will definitely use Paul again for all future central heating/plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him and his services which are excellent value for money too!

   Paul helped replacing our old boiler and installing the new one last year. He was very responsive in terms of coming down for a site visit in order to quote, and the quote was very reasonable too, so we decided to go with him. When the actual job was carried out it was done very professionally and to a high standard. We contacted him again this year to do the annual boiler servicing and gas safety check. Again he turned up on time, did a very thorough job by checking every single aspect that needs to be covered: detecting any gas leak, servicing boiler, cleaning magnetic filter, checking carbon monoxide detector, ensuring thermostat control works properly etc. For the amount of work carried out at that standard, the price was really competitive. We will continue to use Paul for any boiler related service and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs such services.

   I have used various heating engineers over the years and, despite some of them being extremely good, none of them reach the overall standards of Paul Brooke from Boiler Repairs London. Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary. Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications. The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard. Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value. I don't hesitate to recommend Paul as my number one choice of heating engineer. If you want the best, look no further.

   I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

   Absolutely excellent! After various disappointments with multiple repair companies (didn't respond; no-shows; no follow-up; etc), I finally found Paul at Boiler Repairs London. I had decided that other technicians might have thought the job was too small, but now I think it may have been just too big/complex a job for them. Paul was thorough in his initial evaluation, and managed to provide timely responses, detailed descriptions of the problems (with photos) and sensible/reasonably priced proposals for the work. I could not be happier with his work and his follow-through, and I would have no hesitation to recommend him for all your heating/gas/plumbing needs (so long as he doesn't get too busy if/when I need him again in the future)!
