   I've used Apex's services twice now: once to diagnose a broken fridge, another to help with a dishwasher leak. The engineers that came actually spent proper time troubleshooting the issue, and explained everything really well. The office is also very responsive. I know who I'll call if I ever need any appliance repaired or installed!

   I recently had my freestanding electric cooker repaired by Alastair. Alastair came once to assess the issues and see if they are reparable and a second visit with needed parts to perform the repairs. I also had some questions right after the first visit which I emailed and he replied back to me very quickly. Alastair performed the repairs efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

   The service I recieved was prompt, professional and good value. The initial call-out visit was arranged very quickly and an accurate diagnosis was established. The defective hob was beyond repair and so an appropriate replacement was sourced and ordered very quickly. Within a couple of days the work was complete and the initial call-out charge was reduced because no repair was undertaken. This was an impressive and greatly appreciated gesture. Communication was excellent, not only with the workman but also the main office. All the work and products are guaranteed and all in all I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of this company. I will have no hesitation in using them again.
