Brilliant service from Milenko who came and promptly solved a hot water issue we had a few months ago. He also thoroughly serviced our boiler recently for the yearly check up and certification. We also called him on very short notice to help us with installation of the washing machine and dryer which he also helped us with too. Excellent service. Milenko identified a more serious underlying issue with my boiler that a previous engineer failed to notice. He was very quick to order the correct parts and ensure it was resolved. I highly recommend and will be in touch in the future if needed.
Milenko is very knowledgable, experienced and accommodating. I had a fault with my boiler. I called Milenko on Wednesday afternoon and he attended in the evening. He completed all the checks and identified the fault. He provided me with multiple repair options including their costs. On Friday evening, Milenko attended and fixed the issue. Milenko is very professional and you can trust him. He found why my boiler was losing pressure (leaking from some valves behind the washing machine) and he repaired.
