   Called Ralph at 1pm on the Thursday for a repair to a Bosch oven (main element replacement). I needed the repair doing ASAP - certainly before the weekend. He explained he had jobs but would try to squeeze me in, if not that day, the following day. At 2pm he called to say he could be with me within 90 mins and an hour later he had arrived. Was an awkward job due to the position of my oven but he got on with it and was done within the hour. Very friendly guy, knows his stuff and most importantly did not comment the 4 years worth of oven grime caking his forearms. Good value. Highly recommended.

   Ralph was recommended and arrived next day and promptly as promised. He seemed knowledgeable communicating the issue, after checking, the cost and set to task. Once done he told me what to expect. Ralph’s after care service was excellent, calling to check how the fridge was performing post fixing.    Great service.Attended next day of contacting The fridge was repaired however the fault reappeared by the next day. Contacted Ralph and he reattended next working day and resolved at no extra charge. Good reasonable rates. Will use his services for all future appliance repairs

   I always try to be fair and honest when it comes to giving people 'reviews'. 1 star is about right for this company. Ralph aka Appliance Repairs turned up on time. He was polite and good to talk to but at the end he was totally out of his depth when it came to fixing my Hotpoint fridge freezer. I saw him using a couple of hairdryers to defrost part of the freezer area. After saying he'd sorted the problem I paid him & thanked him for his time As soon as he left and I re-plugged in the unit it started to sound like an airplane!!! After several day and 3 visits later I've asked for my money back. The noise is still unbearable!I! I need a qualified person to fix my FF and repair Ralph's bodged efforts . Pieces of polystyrene have been used to pack the freezer. Drill holes have made in places where they they shouldn't have been drilled!! An unmitigated disaster. Asked for my money back in order to get a qualified person in the fix everything and get the unit running as it should. Do not use this company unless it's a very simple job.
