   Inspected my boiler. Called his partner and verified the correct part was available for my older boiler. Left saying he’d quote me on both repair, and a separate quote for complete boiler replacement. Only quoted me for new boiler replacement. Waste of my time and money as I had to start all over again with a new guy who repaired it right away. Give two points only because he was a nice guy.

   We contacted Associated response after seeing lots of positive reviews/recommendations via Love your doorstep. Hugh visited us after our heating stopped working. The team booked us in really quickly, Hugh was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue but in the process just seemed a really nice, genuine guy and didn't seem to be phased about the dogs, kids nor all the toys and chaos in the house. The team weren't pushy and we are even looking to sign up to their cover plan as the price was really reasonable too. Let's hope not needed, but should we need too, will definitely return to Hugh and his team from now onwards.

   Called a good few companies and these were the cheapest by £60 and the quickest. A lovely man named Hugh came. Immediately took his shoes off without me needing to ask. He fixed the problem extremely quickly, he looked at a few other issues I had around the house and gave me some great advice. A lovely person and a delight to have. I highly recommend!!!!

   We had no heating or hot water last week. I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to Jenny at Associated Response who was brilliant, very helpful and attentive and when she said she'd call, she did. Booked someone in for us the next day no issues. Hugh came and solved our heating issue, he was professional, knowledgable and personable. Great company, highly recommend and will be using in the future.

   We installed a new boiler adding new radiators that weren't heating up, and for two years couldn't get them to work despite trying different things with our plumber to balance the system. Hugh managed to fix the problem by guiding me over the phone in less than five minutes. I asked him to visit the property to make sure the system is working as well as it can and found him to be friendly, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend him!

   Associated Response are a five star central heating service. On Christmas Eve our boiler packed up and Hugh arrived and ensured we had heating/hot water for the rest of the Christmas period. If we ever have problems Associated Response respond immediately and arrive on the day to sort it out. I am just blown away with the service and the friendly, no nonsense attitude - they get the job done...unlike a certain politician! Highly recommend.
