   Highly recommended. We found Mustafa based on glowing reviews online, and he did not disappoint. Humble, honest and hard working. He was careful to ensure he did not leave any mess (inside or outside the property). I also particularly appreciated his determination. We had a hard to reach area which made part of the installation very tricky. Rather than give up and abort the job, he insisted he would get it done (and he did!). His pricing was fair and competitive. As a bonus, we got an additional 5 years’ warranty as he is Vaillant accredited. Thank you, Mustafa.

   Fitted new boiler and had to install new pipework for gas and repair the central heating system. Mustafa talked me through everything he was doing, discussed options and just got on with his work once we had decided what he was going to do.    We had the pleasure of dealing with Mustafa of Zara Heating last month. We had a complete system change from a standard boiler with seperate hot and cold water tanks to a up-to-date combi boiler. The work involved was immense. From removing the hot water cylinder from the airing cupboard, to fitting new pipes from the new boiler in the kitchen to the bathroom upstairs, brand new pipes from the gas meter into the house, and managing to provide all the necessary parts to get the job done. A normal combi to combi boiler change is a day's work. Mustafa was with us for 3 days and even made another visit from his own time to finish the thermostat fitting. He explained everything that was happening at every stage, and was ever so friendly to deal with. He is a humble, hard working guy, and feel lucky to have had him do our job for us. Thank you Zara Heating.

   My boiler broke down and I made the enquiry with ZARA HEATING the next day. The sales staff were amazing and moved things around to ensure that I had installation for the next day. I found the sales staff so helpful and friendly and made the experience stress free. The installer was very polite and professional. He turned up early and had the old boiler out and ready to install the new one before it even arrived. He was quick and the installation was spot on. The engineer was done and dusted by midday and was very clean with his work. Such a great service and I would recommend ZARA HEATING to anyone.    A very happy ZARA HEATING customer. Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. Cannot recommend him highly enough. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well. We're very pleased with every aspect of this job and it's good to know that there are companies out there that do actually appreciate their customers. Very well done ZARA HEATING!

   Excellent service Just had a new boiler fitted by ZARA HEATING and all in all I’ve been extremely impressed by the whole experience. Ordering was easy and completed in just a few minutes. They already gave a good price, but we managed to get an extra £200 off thanks to a Black Friday discount. As promised, the fitter John and his assistant arrived on Monday morning to start work. The installation proved significantly more problematic than originally anticipated, but they kept me informed at all times and were extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout, providing good advice and giving several options. In the end, the work took almost 3 days to complete, and they really did work hard during that time! So far I’m really happy with the new boiler and love the free Google Nest thermostat. These guys know what they are doing and offer good prices too... highly recommended.

   Initially I was quite sceptical of using an online boiler fitting service but I read so many good reviews that I thought I would take a chance. I needn’t have been worried though. The installation was great. The workmanship was to a good standard and our engineer Craig was really friendly and helpful. The installation is neat and ZARA HEATING even had an electrician come to site the same day to move our wireless thermostat receiver (we didn’t need the Nest supplied). We needed a soak away for the condensate and this was all sorted within the fixed price. No extras were charged at all. I would very happily recommend ZARA HEATING to anyone needing a new boiler. The price was much lower than others we received and I can’t see any downsides. Getting a ten year warranty is also superb and a lot of plumbers can only offer 3 to 5 year warranties. Overall a really excellent experience. Thanks ZARA HEATING!

   Brilliant company What can i say but the whole process of ordering the boiler to have it fitted was amazing. Everything was so easy. I was given a choice of boilers and I could pick the day I wanted it fitted. They sent me a message with the photo of the gas fitter who may I add was absolutely brilliant. He phoned the day before and introduced himself informing me that he was bringing a colleague to help him install the boiler, he arrived on time was extremely polite and when they had finished cleaned up after themselves so well they could have another job as cleaners. He explained everything and said if l had any issues he was only at the end of the phone. This company is FABULOUS and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mustafa was so kind to explain all the work in detail and listened to my small asks for the installation. I also watched him during his work and see that he is very attentive to the details.
