   Excellent service. The team went above and beyond to make sure my windscreen was the correct specification (my car has several glass related factory options due to HUD, solar attenuating, heated etc) and all the driver aids correctly calibrated afterwards. Very professional approach. Although sceptical, the Direct Line (never have to talk to them!) and Autoglass straight through processing worked well. I hate having to talk to insurers and in this case I never had to! But it’s the team on the ground at Enfield that really shined through, much appreciated, highly recommended.

   Did the job after weeks of waiting, as they ordered the wrong part for our car! In the end they did the job but on the floor the guy left only bits of glass plus he put all the rubbish in my own bin and this is unexeptable as they shouldn't put those big part of glasses in my bin ! Not really professional job at all!

   Had a small chip in my window screen. Took it to autoglass, and the chap looked at it and said it could be filled rather than a new windowscreen Took it to the chap on Thursday (01/02) He had it done very quickly, just under 30 minutes. It looks really good. I can barely see the chip anymore. I'm very happy. Definitely will use it again. They were very busy while I was waiting, people popping down, so they were running a little behind, but no one can refuse work. It's definitely worth a visit if you need a chip fixing.

   Very disappointing and unprofessional services!! My back window was crashed, so phoned Autoglass to see they could help on 6th April. The person on the line confirmed my car's maker, model and even VIN, and told me they don't have the glass in stock, will check other places. They even contacted my insurance company. However, no further update after until I rang them again on 19th. They just told me that they could not find the glass and asked me to contact my insurance company myself. Then I asked why no one contacted me about that in almost TWO weeks?? The person just told me she didn't know and then hung up the phone. I have been left without a car for 13 days, and could not go anywhere during the Easter break! Their services is pathetic!

   Very efficient service, replaced my side window just over an hour. They cleaned my car inside as well but not as clear, because still glass around the car which can be dangerous. Also replaced my windscreen wipers, but they are not good quality at all, as they don't fully clear the windscreen. All in all good service.
