Michael was amazing - he was able to come quickly, and on the phone he gathered info and managed my expectations in advance about fixing my oven because its an old and foreign model. But he was prepared to try- another repairman I had called beforehand couldn't be bothered to try - but Michael managed it! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and made sure at each step that he explained what had gone wrong and how he was repairing it, and how we could look out for the fault recurring. He stayed on to diligently check repeatedly that the fault was resolved before he left, and went above and beyond e.g. getting the oven out to inspect the cavity so he could check what my options were if I ever did want to replace it. I could not recommend him more highly.
