   I normally give very good ratings but after calling with a very basic enquiry, being polite and asking just a simple question, which could’ve been met with I’m very sorry but I wouldn’t be able to quote anything as it varies or something of the sort, I would’ve been happy. But instead was met with a very low tone of not caring attitude to a general conversation and enquiring of what I was wondering and asking for help. I was met with a very impolite, abrupt, sarcastic and very condescending person who made me feel like being a woman by how you spoke, you had no interest in helping from the beginning and if I was an elderly woman or man even, you would also do the same. Had to write this review because it was very unprofessional and rude.

   Took my new TV remote control purchased on line claiming that it was universal but it did not work . The old one was not working however Adrian said that he would try to repair it if I left it with him. Collected it today and it is now working perfectly. A quick and efficent service at a reasonable price. Well pleased.

   AC Electronics carried out a repair on my large TV, I had been worried after people telling me the price of getting televisions repaired, many had suggested it would be cheaper to buy a new one, But one recommended me to try AC electronics, I was given a quick quote, which I accepted straight away, I was prepared to pay twice What it actually cost me, I found them polite, Freindly, helpful, and most of all totally honest . All the qualities you want to find, from someone repairing something you know little about, And while I was there picking up my TV, I found they had loads of small electrical items for sale in the shop, And made two further purchases, I could not recommend them more. Still using them in 2024 the quality of service has not changed.

   We’ve had our Panasonic tv just over 2 years and the screen died. I wasn’t sure it could be fixed and the Panasonic website was really unhelpful but considering the cost of a new tv, decided to give this place a try thinking at least they could scrap it if beyond repair. I wish I’d called them straight away, the issue was with the backlights which was tentatively diagnosed over the phone, they collected the tv that evening which was really helpful as I have a small baby. They brought the tv back the following evening with new backlights installed, easy as that. Much cheaper than a new telly and the screen is brighter than before (had a dull streak through the middle for about a year). Hope the tv lasts a long time but will definitely be using these guys again if I have any issues, knowledgable, professional, independent, great service and I didn’t receive a single email which is a huge bonus for me!

   Deposited my TV early November (with £20 storage fee) I had no response after the initial time period they said they will get back to me. I called after one week and he gave excuses how; he is alone and hasn't had time to check the TV. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him back the next week after he said he would call me, same excuse he hasn't had time to look at it. Mid December, the same excuse but this time with a twist stating, he will call an engineer to look at the TV. I ended up taking my TV back and getting it replaced elsewhere now I have no TV for Xmas after he promised it would be repaired by then. This is the shop where you will get world class service buying AA batteries, anything else forget about it! Avoid at all cost, the £20 storage fee wasn't refunded in the end, I guess they topped up the gas and electricity with it for the week. Honesty is the best policy!
