   Efficient and reliable service. I needed two hobs in my gas cooker fixed. Booked appointment, received timely reminders. Perry turned up on time and was able to repair it within 10 minutes or so. Couldn’t have asked for more really.

   Have used Perry and Heating & Gas solutions on 4 occasions now and won't use anyone else for my boiler servicing. Also used them for a full gas installation 3 years ago and have never had any issues at all with the boiler system. Really great company, very trustworthy, always on time and well priced.

   Fantastic service. from my initial evening emergency call out to the boiler being repaired. My call was dealt with calmly and efficiently and, within a few minutes of placing my call, I was called back and told the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes- which he did. Perry was professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He had my boiler working again very quickly but also checked and tested it thoroughly to ensure that it was going to remain working and that there were not other underlying issues. Great customer service - they have now become my go to heating / plumbing firm who I definitely use again. I also highly recommend them to to others. Thank you for your help!

   I had hot water but no heating. When I phoned up I was told someone would be with me later that day. When Perry was on his way, I received a text with a tracking link so I could see how far away he was, which was fantastic! On arrival, he tested everything and it was a censor that I needed. He ordered one and said he'd be back the next day. The one he ordered didn't arrive, so he went to another supplier to collect one, and managed to fit in coming to us that evening. An excellent service that I really can't recommend enough. 5 STAR

   Delighted with my first visit from Perry who fixed my boiler straightaway. The whole team there are friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me when my boiler broke in minus degrees. They arrived within the stated time slot as promised and even sent a text message 20 minutes beforehand to confirm they were on their way. Delighted to have found them and highly recommend them to everyone.
