   Did a good job but didn’t give a quote for the job so waited for invoice. Was expensive for such a minor job, very disappointed. Was going to ask to do another job but will go elsewhere.

   I recently had a problem with my shower unit. I called British Gas as I had a maintenance service with them. They eventually called and seemed perplexed by the water pressure coming out of the shower head. They eventually determined the problem was water pressure coming into the house. I contacted Robert for a second opinion and he called. He diagnosed shower head clogged up. Replaced head and all sorted at a great price.

   Company serviced my mother's boiler which then promptly developed a leak. Company came back and "fixed" the problem which persisted. Company then stopped responding to calls. Finally picked up when called from a different phone. Said they would attend then didn't show with no call or reason. Has reduced my elderly mother to tears.

   Replaced our boiler during lockdown in April 2020. They did a quick and efficient service. They also fitted a couple of compression valves and tails and plumbed in a bathroom vanity unit for me. For a very reasonable price. 1st class work and good customer service.

   A big thank you to Paul who came late evening to sort out an emergency that we had with our radiator valve. He stopped the leaking radiator valve and helped us to put the radiator back, pressuring the boiler and making sure all works fine before leaving. I will definitely contact Paul again for any plumbing services.

   Paul installed a new boiler in a kitchen cupboard. He arrived punctually when he said he would and did an excellent job. He and Courtney tidied up as they went along and took the old boiler and associated rubbish away with them, leaving very little for me to do afterwards. Thanks very much, gentlemen. I will be contacting you again when I'm ready to replace the bathroom suite.
