Wouldn't recommend. I paid around £800 for an 1h20m minute job (second hour would get charged after you go over 1hr as pre-agreed), which would be fine if the work done was actually good. My regular plumber came over and said it was poor workmanship and the materials used is not the best and overtime the issue would likely happen again. The plumber left to "get parts" that are basic enough to have in a van, and came back with materials that are not even the best for the job to ensure we go over the hour pricing threshold. We knew the pricing going into this so that's not the issue but it was absolutely not worth it.

Avoid this company at all costs. I'm a young female living on my own and needed my boiler to be re pressurised. I could see online this is a job that can be done by myself, however I couldn't figure it out. I am asthmatic and needed it fixing so I could heat my home/shower, so I thought I best call someone out to try and help. I called out a plumber who informed me there would be a £50 call out fee which I was happy to pay. He then looked at the issue and scoffed informing me it was a two minute job and I didn't need a plumber, but I was going to be charged £400. At this point I said I didn't want him to carry out the work, but he said that's not allowed and he proceeded. He then re pressurised the boiler very quickly and then charged me £357 to do so. He was in my home no longer than 15 minutes and I'm appalled at how this was allowed to happen, particularly so close to Christmas as well.

Not sure how to balance out my score... My boiler started leaking so it was an emergency. The process of booking an appointment was smooth and pleasant, and an engineer was able to get to mine the same day. He was able to stop the leak and after assessing the situation he recommended that I should replace the boiler. Then the invoice came... They charge by the hour and apparently their policy is to charge for the full hour even if they've worked only part of that hour. That's a pretty steep difference when the hourly rate is £140+VAT. Also, when I called to book the appointment, I was told the cost for the call-out and the hourly rate but I can't remember being told that it was not inclusive of VAT. I'm not saying they definitely didn't because human memory is famously unreliable but... it had to be quite obvious to them that I was a private individual client who normally doesn't deal with VAT and I find the practice of quoting cost ex. VAT in such circumstances a bit dishonest... So all in all, £430 pounds for 1.5 hours (charged as 2 hours), no leak but also no hot water. In the current cost of living situation... OUCH!
