Can’t recommend John enough. Very thorough and really took great care of the work and my property. No fuss, no mess, super helpful and very professional. I had two new radiators fitted and thought it would be messy. John took care that the piping was aligned, they look super. I am delighted.
We had not one but two plumbing crises over the Christmas period. John was there very quickly, and got everything done efficiently, speedily and with minimal disruption. I recommend him very highly!
John and Chris came in to fit what should have been an easy radiator installation but unfortunately the radiator was too short. This being said they were able to expose the pipes, fill in the cracks and fit the radiator. We are very grateful for the extra time spent and also advice on our boiler.
John is the most responsive, professional plumber. He installed a boiler for my elderly aunt after a plumbing emergency with a previous boiler installation that had failed. He costed the job and kept me up to date with the work. My aunt is 90 with dementia and he was very sensitive to the situation, as I live 60 miles away and was unable to be there. Professional, trustworthy, efficient and responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough.
