   Ricky came initially for a boiler breakdown repair and having made me aware of the parts needed and gave me the quote which was very reasonable, I instructed him to proceed but that’s when the sourcing of the boiler parts became a problem. I have an old boiler and Ricky uses an App to order the necessary parts from a large selection of stockists but over 25 companies were contacted and none of them had the required parts, the only way left was to go direct to the manufacturer but the delivery time was going to be at least 2 weeks so I decided to have a new boiler installed instead. Two days later and job done and a now I have a more efficient boiler with a long warranty. Professionally done and no issues in accommodating me with a couple of other issues that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending him as I was very pleased and will continue using him in the future for all my projects and repairs.

   Having had very little luck with finding a good plumber in the past I was absolutely delighted with the fantastic service provided by Ricky at Gasflow Plumbing. Just before Christmas I discovered that my kitchen mixer tap was leaking so I contacted Ricky for help. As he has many years experience in the trade he was able to pre-assess the problem prior to attendance and confirmed that I would require a replacement tap which he was able to provide. Ricky was punctual and arrived at the agreed time. He worked very efficiently and cleanly, and remained until the job had been fully completed (i.e., no nipping out to get parts). All the pipework and fittings were tested to ensure everything was in working order. The price was competitive too. Overall this was a very good experience from a competent, trustworthy tradesman. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely call upon him again in the future.

   Gasflow installed a new gas-fired boiler, having removed an old one. Their service was excellent: prompt, efficient, informative, courteous and as unintrusive as was possible in the circumstances. All work on the building structure was made good and all debris removed. Highly recommended.

   Brilliant service and will definitely call him again. Ricky came same day to fix the broken boiler, identified the issue quickly and managed to fix it temporarily. Explained why we needed a new boiler and helped to pick one. Great communication, great service. You can see he’s a perfectionist and likes to get things right. Ricky managed to fit the boiler in a few days, on the weekend (which we appreciated!) Highly recommend. Thanks Ricky!
