Absolutely marvellous. Punctual, highly skilled & knowledgable traditional workers, polite and extremely efficient. Fixed two electric ovens here by accurately naming symptoms (new element needed in one and new fan in the other). Superb skilled work, completed in about 20 mins with no fuss and "You're very welcome, sir". English speaking & no fuss! Worked extremely well with landlord to ensure fix met all our requirements. Book them, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent service, we phoned him on the Wednesday regarding our Daughters broken dishwasher. He asked what was the error code, and before I could finish my sentence he knew exactly what the problem was. He said he would get the part and be with my Daughter by Friday between 12-4pm. He arrived in time and fixed the part, professionally and without any hassle. As I was paying for it on behalf of my Daughter he took my number so I could pay for it. He fixed the machine, my Daughter let me know that it was done and then he called me for payment which was done without issues over the phone. This guy is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He gave a wonderful service and is highly recommended, many thanks to him and would not hesitate to use him again if the need arises.
I needed to buy an element for a cooker so I went to DAC. I parked up outside locked the car and went in, the manager saw my arrival and the element in my hand, Before I even opened the Shop Doors he taken the part off the shelf and had it waiting for me. I could not believe it - how on earth did he know that this was exactly the right part for me - UNBELIEVABLE!!. I would also point out that I have used them for similar parts - cookers washing machines etc over the past 10 years or so and they have NEVER LET me down FAN BLOODY TASTIC - cheers guys.
