   Brilliant service, could not recommend enough. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I had a washing machine that developed a noise — it was so loud on a cycle it sounded like a jet engine. Gavin came round, identified the issue, gave me a number of options with clear costs, and asked me to let him know what we’d like to do. We decided to go with a repair. He sourced all the parts, came round, and fitted them with no problem. Good communication throughout. 100% would recommend.
