   I have taken my car here for about 3 years or so & usually no issues get decent second hand tyres. Today I decided to get brand new tyres for the first time. They fitted the new tyre, I paid & left the shop as normal. Usually after tyres are fitted it takes a while for it to calibrate to show the tyres psi level. Well on this occasion it hasn't worked & not only that but I now have this sign come up on the dashboard. I have had this car coming up to 5 years & NEVER seen this sign before.

   These guys are honestly the absolute best cos I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism that instantly put me at ease. You can just tell they take real pride in what they do. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, explaining everything clearly without any of that confusing jargon or upselling nonsense you sometimes get elsewhere. What really stood out to me was how much they actually care. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was sorted quickly and properly, and I left feeling completely confident in their work. The atmosphere in the garage is friendly and down-to-earth, so you feel more like a valued customer than just another job. It’s rare these days to find a place that delivers both exceptional service and genuine integrity, but they absolutely nailed it. I can’t recommend them highly enough!    I have been taking all my cars to this garage for over 8 years. Mustafa and his team are always very helpful, friendly and professional. They always offer reasonable prices. I couldn't be happier with recent brake pad and disc replacement service. They did a very good job as usual. I moved from North London to Essex, but I still bring my car to this garage for repairs, because I cannot find anyone reliable and trustworthy as Brimsdown Tyres team around my area.

   Had the pleasure of using Brimsdown Tyres yesterday. My car had a puncture and the tow truck guy suggested Brimsdown. They are out of my area but were the only garage that had my tyre size in stock and that quoted a reasonable price. Once there they were very kind and also gave me good news that the tyre could actually be repaired therefore saving me a fair bit on cost! Excellent service. Thanks
