Called ahead and was told to pop down so the vehicle can be seen. Straight away the door was made safe so it opened and closed with no resistance which i was very thankful for! Clarified it is all safe to drive and talked me through what will be needed and rough prices. Was very honest and gave me advise to proceed with insurance because the damage will be quite costly to fix. Very happy with the honesty as it helps to make the right decisions. Joe at CGS has repaired various damage to my cars throughout the years with exceptional skill so I know the quality of his work. After asking Joe for a quote and advice about a non fault accident (3rd party insurance company not responding) the entire process became smooth and stress free. Not only was it sorted quickly and conveniently, I was able to pick up a courtesy car from him to use whilst he was repairing the damage to my car. The service was exceptional and I would 100% recommend.

Great garage here. I had a non fault accident and Joe helped me out massively. made my life very easy. If anyone has had a non fault accident I cant recommend anyone more than Joe!! Super friendly guy. He got right to work on my car and kept me updated on what needs to be done. Given the nature of my accident the insurance was taking its time but Joe used his initiative to get parts in and have my car done as quick as possible.
