   Dan changed the heating element for our Samsung washing machine. Part ordered in advance and work done 2 days later in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonable price for labour and genuine part used. Plus useful advice on how to prolong the life of the machine. Highly recommend using Marshall's. So much less hassle than getting repairs done on an insurance plan. Will defo use again and recommend to friends and family.

   If you live in East London or West Essex and you’re looking for a company that is quick, professional, friendly and affordable, Marshalls should be your first choice. They repaired my washing machine, then replaced it a couple of years later. This week my daughter needed urgent help with her washing machine which had stopped draining. I contacted Marshall’s for her, and despite being fully booked, they arrived after hours and fixed her machine. 5* service, the very best!

   Excellent service received by Dan. Made contact and an appt via app for someone to pop by and look at our washing machine. Dan popped by on his way home that same day. New washing machine needed due to parts being more expensive than the cost of a new machine. Dan had a supplier and it was booked in, collected, fitted and old machine taken away with 24 hours!! Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend. Dan was polite, personable, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. 5 star plus service received ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
