Complete rubbish. Turned up very late than scheduled. They charge you money for so called diagnostics and then say that the problem is very bad that it would cost you much more... and that they cannot do the repair but still charge you for diagnostics that takes 5 minutes. Don't use this service. Feels like a con
Booked an appointment for 1pm they called to rearrange for 3pm-5pm. No one turned up for the appointment. When I called phone number on the confirmation email it said that the number dialed was not available. They emailed from multiple email addresses one which looked a bit suspicious.
Outstanding service. Came within an hour and solved the problem without any fuss. Quality and highly professional service at a very affordable price. Can't ask for much better than that! Friendly and honest too. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
I was very impressed with the service Steve gave. Arrived on time, was pleasant and courteous and thoroughly examined the freezing and leakage problems my fridge/freezer was experiencing. Never seen so much ice build up in the back of the freezer section. it had to be melted with my hairdryer! All well so far and will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
Just phoned up, the lady who answered was very abrupt and rude. Didn't even introduce herself, just kept loudly saying "Hello" in a way that made me think I had the wrong number. After finally confirming that this was indeed Home Appliance Repairs i was speaking too, she then went on to say that there was no engineer available for me to speak to on the phone prior to an appointment. I just wanted a quick 10 second chat to see if the machine was worth attempting to repair. Never had such poor customer service like it...
The rubber seal on our washing machine ripped. Called Home Appliances after looking at some really poor reviews for other local repairers. Explained the problem and was advised to buy a new seal myself and call them back when I had it and they'd come to fit it. Makes total sense right?? Came on time as promised. Really nice man, highly professional. Came on time, fitted the part - had a card machine so we paid by card. Really great service and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
