Our Soft serve machine broken down and came across ibo cooling and done a little background check on his business saw a few reviews and checked his passed jobs through Instagram. Got into contact with him without a problem and said he can check out the machine next day. Luckily he made time for us and came the same day. He quickly and Efficiently saw the problem and started the repair straightaway. He was thorough and very efficient and completed the job. Really great dealing with ibrahim and his company. Would 100% be recommending him to friends and family. He specialises in refrigerators but knew a lot about ice cream machines too. 10/10 service
We had a broken fridge freezer and 2 fridges which needed seals replaced. Ibo was fast and efficient and even sourced the seals at a reasonable price. Highly recommended
Ibrahim done a perfect job with our cold room, was running at high temperatures since our heat wave, he spent the day here, once he was done the temperatures of the cold room dropped back down to 2 degrees within the Matter of half hour, very professional and very friendly, he is definitely a specialist in this field. I would 100% use this company again, and would recommend to everyone. The after care is also exceptional he has been texting me through out the day to ensure the temperatures have remained steady.
Mr us is the most professional and knowledgeable cooler/fridge expert, he diagnosed a slow leak on our single door Williams fridge within the hour and gave us a few options for repair / replacement depending on budget. 10/10 work, communication and most importantly he is honest and won’t rip you off. Amazing service, great communication professional sorted my 8 year old ice cream display cabinet which became inoperable in the hands of two repairmen during the covid period, started to work again in its old performance.
