I would recommend very highly! Jim is a lovely guy and very knowledgeable - knew what I wanted before I did and did an excellent job upgrading my guitar. The only issue I have now is deciding what to get him to do next!
I had an issue with my jack input on my Squire Tele and Jim sorted it in moments. We then had such a long chat about music that I got in trouble with my wife. 10 out of 10 would sleep in the dog house again.

I would 100% recommend Planet Guitar if you need somebody to help set up or service your guitar. I own a Gibson that I hadn't played in around five years, and was in desperate need of some attention. I took it to Jim on Thursday or Friday last week, and by Tuesday this week he returned it to me looking and sounding brand new. I could not be happier with the service.
