   I am so delighted that Victor from Elserve arrived to repair my Grundig Washing Machine. He was thoroughly professional as well as very polite and informative. The drum on the machine needed replacing and the machine had flooded. I really thought we were going to have to shell out on a new machine and Grundig isn’t cheap! However, the skilful engineer, Victor, spent almost two hours taking the machine apart to replace the drum. I have just completed a long wash and could not be more pleased with the result. I honestly could not recommend Elserve Appliance Repair Specialists more highly; the cost of repairing the machine was unbelievably reasonable! And Victor I just want to say a big thank you; you’re an immense asset to your company!

   Incredible service from this small independent company specialising in all kitchen appliances. They fixed my washer dryer and even gave me some advice on other appliances and how to prolong the life of my new hob! Friendly, quick, professional and very reasonably priced.    Elserve has provided an excellent service, going above and beyond when I needed a new dishwasher as my old one was beyond repair. I paid a very reasonable price and due to parking restrictions near my home they delivered in the evening.
