Site manager Martin was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Put back together the wrecked boot after a car theft and checked tracker was in place. We avoided an expensive insurance claim. Would recommend unreservedly.
Repair after accident. Work done promptly, although it took awhile for me to drop off my car because they did not have a replacement car. Happy with the repairs. Car looks brand new again where the damage was. However, disappointed with the fact that they refused to replace my wiper blade which they admitted probably came loose in the oven (although wear and tear). When I brought my car in the rubber was still attached, now it isn’t and I have to pay for it. After driving back there and getting a blatant no.
Went to Pulse to paint the entire bonnet. From the beginning they've been transparent and the communication was easy. The car was ready 3 days earlier than promised and at a fair price. They've done a really good job. Totally recommend!
