   Customer service was excellent. Windscreen replacement booked quickly and sorted with my insurance company. Took about 15 mins, if that. Very good communication and I knew exactly when they were coming. Jay did an excellent job in under an hour. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

   Doing through your car insurance? Ask for your secondary glass provider before booking in with these jokers. First tried to book on 21st November. Then they didn't have the glass in stock for that appointment (28 Nov). Have to wait another two weeks, get a phone call this morning (14 Dec), the morning of my appointment, the glass never got delivered. We can't book you in, the system is down, we don't know when we can book you in. It's ridiculous to be so flippant with weekend appointments in December. Totally ruined my plans. and I've contacted them and spoke with them both in branch and centrally. None of them have a clue and yes I've emailed. Nothing. USELESS. ASK FOR YOUR SECONDARY GLASS PROVIDER FROM YOUR INSURER.

   Absolutely APPALLED with Autoglass Lewisham. They removed our windscreen TWICE (cracking it more each time) but then had the incorrect size to replace it. After ONE MONTH I rang and they said they couldn’t source the correct windscreen and refunded us. They left us hanging for a month!! APPALLING customer service. Lodged a complaint and someone rang me 3 weeks ago and offered me £50 compensation (only!!!!!) and it has STILL not arriver in my account. There are NO WORDS to describe how terrible this customer service is!

   Got a new screen fitted yesterday. The guy who greeted me was extremely professional and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable to leave my car. Did an excellent job was prompt and efficient, car was finished in a hour, even called me to say I could bring the car in earlier than was booked. Was happy with the job done.
