   I found Steve when my TV suddenly went black - and I’m so glad I did! He is very transparent re: diagnosis and costs, and actively tries to do repairs as cost effectively as possible. Backlight repair was very reasonable and within 48 hours, I now have my TV back, in full working order. Thanks again Steve!

   I had an issue with my TV. Called and arranged for the TV to be dropped off later that day so it could be diagnosed, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about what it could be. I received a call back later that day with what the issue was and a price to repair at a very reasonable price. All work was completed within 3 days and my TV is like new again. Would highly recommend the services offered and the great prices.

   This man is very rude and sarcastic and to be honest one star is too much. He asked for a deposit but when I returned, he asked for the full amount. When I queried this he said I was stupid! He also said that he has never had a bad review. That's not true. He asked me not to return. Really Mr White! I will happily waiver my 3 month warranty not to see you again. You should quit the sarcasm and learn some business integrity.
