   We had an issue with our electric range oven. It tripped the electrics a couple of times. Tom popped over (the same day as we called). He ran a full diagnostic on the cooker but could not find any fault with it. We have had mouse issues over the years. He surmised that they might be the cause, as they can get into the space temporarily, touch a cable and trip the electrics. As there was nothing wrong with the cooker, he offered to pop back if the problem continued/occurred again. Very nice chap and very professional. Now onto the pest people (again!).

   Tom went above and beyond the service you'd expect. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual and willing to do everything he can to help. Cannot recommend highly enough. Easily discovered the problem, identified the solution and came to us with an immediate quote and time frame and duly stuck to it. The lady who dealt with our calls was also extremely helpful when we needed it. All round great company and great people.

   Original engineer appointment was great, he located the fault and ordered the spare part. I had to postpone the new appointment due to lockdown restrictions, and the company sent an impolite email and then proceeded to cancel the appointment after my reply. All could have been sorted amicably but for the unprofessional attitude of the firm. Never using these again.

   Tom came to look at our dishwasher he was very helpful and honest and it couldn't be fixed. Which meant we didn't have to pay anything as he doesn't charge call out fee. Would easily recommend him to anyone and would use him again myself.
