   I called Paul after I noticed a small rust emerging on the pillar of the windscreen of my porsche. Annoyingly this had happened from a chip and worried me because of the cost implications. I called Paul and sent him across images. He was lovely to speak with and arranged to come sort in a timely manner. He turned up to my house early and cracked on. I didn't need to supervise or be hassled and the finish was amazing. You wouldn't have realised there had been a chip or rust. Great work and he's a lovely chap. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs some bodywork done.

   What an exceptional guy Paul is! Friendly, personable, and highly professional and committed to doing a great job. No detail is ignored, however trivial it might seem. In my case, what looked like a modest scratch on the bumper and adjacent trim was actually a significant dent requiring slow and painstaking re-profiling with multiple layers of filler and careful shaping before it was ready for painting. Paul never once rushed a stage, or cut a corner. In the end the job took twice as long as he'd anticipated, but he refused to change his original estimate of the cost of the job. The end result is good as new. Thanks, Paul, hope you head is always warm! :-)
