   Amazing company to work alongside side. We have used Byron and his team for over 4 years now. They have done all our plumbing and heating work. Anything from a small water leak, new boilers installations and bathroom refurbs for our customers and ourselves. Jobs have always been completed to a very high standard.    I’ve used Priority Plumbing & Heating Services LTD a few times now and the service is exceptional. Each time, Byron and his team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish (shout out to Byron himself and the lovely receptionist!). I initially contacted Priority Plumbing last year to replace my boiler. Byron responded to my enquiry straight away and was at my property that same afternoon; his team installed the new boiler three days later and I’ve been snug as a bug ever since. He’s just been back to service the boiler and once again was punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Bryon knows what he’s talking about, his workmanship is exemplary and his rates are competitive. When replacing the boiler, he provided me with several options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which enabled me to make an informed decision. Communication with Byron and the team couldn’t be easier - response times are very fast and the company’s automated messaging is great for appointment reminders. I’ve always found it easy to book a time slot that suits me for the work to be done. I can’t recommend Priority Plumbing highly enough and will definitely be using them going forward.

   Have been using Byron and his team at Priority Plumbing for a while now. They are always prompt and reliable, give good and honest advice. They have an automated messaging service to remind me about service dates for my heating system which takes the pressure off me to remember lol! I also love that they ask and think about other aspects of the house, room, use before carrying out installations. When they fitted our none vented cylinder, replacing the old copper immersion they installed it in such a way that would give us an opportunity to get more room in our shower cubicle when we get around to changing it. Will be using them for our plumbing needs for the future.

   First time using, found the whole booking process, fast and easy. Loved the updates from the office and the texts messages with updates and reminders. We had Byron visit to carry out a boiler service, he was fantastic pointed out some things that might want to be done a precautionary due to age of the boiler. System working great. He was completely upfront about my options, how long things would take, and what might cost extra—which I really appreciated. It was so helpful how he took the time to explain the different boiler models and which one would be best for my home, using his years of experience to guide me. That kind of clear, honest advice was a huge help in making my decision. Communication was a breeze, too. Byron was always on time and always called back when he said he would. The quote was really clear, so I knew exactly what to expect. I just had the boiler installed and it looks fantastic, a super neat and tidy job. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.    We are thrilled with the work Byron and his team carried out at our home. Our previous plumber left us disappointed with several leaks on our new heating system but Byron quickly fixed the problem. He fitted us a new bathroom suite and took care of everything - including setting up the plasterer and tiler so that everything ran like clockwork. Byron has a keen eye for detail which suited a perfectionist like me perfectly! He works with integrity and I was confident knowing the project was in safe hands.

   The best plumbing service I've come across and one that I'll be using for as long as they exist. Their professionalism from the beginning, high work ethic throughout and their ability to identify and solve issues was simply outstanding. Byron visited and immediately identified a dangerous seal on the internal flue, which he made safe and fixed. In addition, our boiler was serviced and a radiator that failed to heat was repaired. Hands down the best plumbing and heating service I've used.

   We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.
