Adam & Haiden have done a fantastic job working for the last 4 days in my property, both are extremely hardworking, respectful, courteous & clean. Would highly recommend.
Adam has worked very hard, fixing severe water damaged ceiling, bedroom walls and hallway wall on his own, it involved recementing and replastering decayed walls. He was always friendly, polite and positive. Clearing up after, has really done a great job. Thank you. The work is outstanding - thank you. Definately would recommend this company.
I’ve had Adam and Dan working in my home for the past 2 weeks,I can’t praise them enough,they were polite and professional and talked me through everything that they were doing. They turned up on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I’ve had lots of work done over the past few years on my property and I must say these have definitely been the best.
Tony John and Paul have done amazing work in our property of a 2 bed flat. They have done excellent work. They were very nice, they were very caring, they were very honest and understanding our needs and they tidy up after their self they were the best workers that we've ever had. In a long time. I given 10 out of 10 of the works that they have done John Paul, Tony, the electrician, and John and Paul are brilliant works
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by G&S maintenance. We had booked a job with them eight months ago and were informed that their teams would take a month to complete it. However, it took them eight months just to start the job, which was already frustrating enough. Before starting the job, I had simply requested that they send me an email stating what needed to be done, including a simple sketch or drawing for the kitchen, since they didn't have any CAD application. However, they failed to provide this even after numerous follow-up calls. When someone finally called me, they did not bother to send me any drawings or plans. On the day of installation, I had to be present to ensure that everything was done properly. I had to call them every day just to know what was happening, as they had not provided any plan or information about the job. To make matters worse, when the job was supposed to be finished, I found half-painted doors! When I called them to discuss this, they claimed that this was what we had agreed upon. I believe this is why they did not send any plans or sketches in the first place. What is even more concerning is that they left the flat without door bars, which posed a potential safety risk to the resident who uses walking sticks. I tried to contact them via phone and email several times, but they did not seem to be interested in ensuring our safety. Overall, I cannot recommend G&S maintenance due to their poor communication, lack of planning, and disregard for safety. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with them.
Not been able to fix a leak from our shower since september 2022 lived with a leak since then meant to be coming back 5th April 2023 not much faith in them getting this problem solved
My bathroom was converted to a wet room. John and Paul did the work. They were fantastic!! Outstanding workmanship. Great guys. Dedicated and super professional. Met all my expectations and more.
This company replaced my garden fence due to it being damaged in the big storm eunice. Both workers were really efficient, polite and hard working. Highly recommended
Had two young lads come and replace my garden fence yesterday. I must say they were amazing. Hard working. Polite. And they tidied up after themselves. Really happy with the work they done.
