   Ground zero communication. I was massively let down by Lawrence who came to see and discuss my new electric boiler replacement saying that he will quote me by text next. After a few days of silence he replied to my reminder and we agreed for the job to carry on but then completely disappeared! Sent him a couple of texts asking when will you be doing the job but never replied. Very unprofessional and as a result I was left without hot water for another week.

   Alsom Plumbing is a fabulous company, I thoroughly recommend the service. A complete new CH and HW system installed in our 3 bed semi for a reasonable price. Very neat, tidy and considerate. The new pipe runs are a thing of beauty! All paperwork, warranties supplied. 5⭐

   Managed to squeeze me in between jobs for a boiler repair. After being unable to specify when he could get to me, Lawrence called as soon as he knew he was going to be in the area to ensure I was home. Lawrence was polite, respectful of the property and efficient in getting the boiler up and running - with a note to wait a few days before settling the bill just in case a sensor needed replacing. Will use again.

   I have used Allsom Plumbing on a number of occasions for both regular maintenence and emergency purposes. Each time they have been really helpful, very professional and very reasonable...not the "thats going to cost" attitude toward anything you need doing!!
