   Not helpful. I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment for the following Monday. The gentleman on the phone told me that they don't give appointments in advance. I should call again on Saturday. On Saturday I called again and a different gentleman answered and told me they could visit on Monday or Wednesday. Sounds like an appointment in advance. I realised the customer is not the priority. I went elsewhere.

   I had a very good experience with NG Repairs. Friendly, professional service. Also very competitive pricing versus larger companies. Neiva, the repair engineer arrived promptly, same day and had my washer dryer up and running in no time (about 30min). Would highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient and competitive service.
