   My car was given the best care! I was referred to ID Morris & Sons by two trusted friends, and I’m glad I listened. My battered car was a wreck, but they took it in, gave me a courtesy car, and treated me with genuine kindness from start to finish. Their service is simply outstanding. They were professional, attentive, and wonderfully friendly. When I collected my vehicle, it looked brand‑new and been washed for me. The experience and brand new look my car had left me speechless and incredibly grateful. This truly is the best place for car body repair, unlike any other.

   If you're reading this, I strongly recommend shopping around and getting quotes from other places first. I came here for a quote, and from the outset it was obvious this was a money-making exercise. I was quoted nearly £9,000 for a job that I later had repaired elsewhere for just under £4,000. While the person who quoted me was polite, the price was ridiculous. It’s shocking that a business can openly try to take advantage of someone. Paul

   My sons car went in for painting. When we collected it my father who is 77 collected the car and didn't notice the splash marks in a completely different colour paint. There is no way this should have passed quality control and been given back.
