   Absolutely atrocious company! Avoid at all costs. I wish I’d checked the reviews before contacting them. Taken money upfront for a tumble dryer repair (£105). 2 weeks later we are still left with a broken machine sitting in the middle of our Bathroom. After chasing and chasing they said they’d be back today. I took the day off work to make sure I didn’t miss them… what a surprise, they didn’t materialise! No contact, ignoring phone / emails. Absolutely disgraceful people who con innocent people out of hard earned cash. I have now demanded a full refund and if that request is ignored I will be reporting to trading standards and the police. UPDATE! 3 weeks on and still no refund as promised by Noel. Please people, ignore all the fake 5 star reviews on here, this company is unethical. To ignore all the bad reviews and reply to the “good” ones is appalling. Daylight robbery, legal proceedings have begun, my husband Marc is sick of chasing you for our refund. Absolutely disgusting!

   Very helpful service with a fast turnaround after requesting them. Very knowledgeable and even offered us a few tips for maintaining our Miele washing machine. If you are looking for a fast, reliable, and good appliance repair service, I would highly recommend this company

   Had them out to fix a dishwasher. Was told parts were needed but had to be ordered. Of course payment was requested up front so we made payment (big mistake that was). Nobody has been in touch to let us know what’s happening with coming back to finish the work and nobody is answering their phone lines. I am hoping this review will prompt them to contact me to either book a time to come back or to refund me my money so I can get a repair from someone else. Avoid. Further Update: A few days after leaving the review we managed to get through to someone who said they would check the part order and come back to us with an update which they didn't do. We also requested a call back using their phone system which wasn't returned and after 3 more days of chasing and calling I finally was able to speak to someone who confirmed the part had been delivered and a slot could be booked. Once they arrived they were friendly and nice and the repair was completed. Just a real shame the communication side of the business is non-existent.

He also provided helpful tips for preventing future problems. The service was prompt, and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend South East Appliances for any appliance repair needs.

   We had a really terrible experience with this company and have since been issued a refund. However, nobody will answer or respond to us about our refund and we are beginning to become concerned about whether we will get it.
