   the people employed are rude and i was very displeased. the workers in the van MH18HZF came late, shouting and swearing while they worked. i made them tea and they smashed the mugs, didnt even say sorry. they were my favourite mugs. i was expecting lovely attractive builders but i got two ogres at the door

   Absolutely brilliant service. Even from the quote stage we could see that they were really taking the time to think about how they would fit the new boiler and radiators in our 1930's house, which had a very old boiler and even older pipework. Hard working, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

   Great, expert people who are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had them fix some radiators and perform my boiler service and they are always very reliable and do a thorough job. They take the time to clearly explain what they've done and to answer any questions. Most recently, when I had a boiler issue, Duncan came out and fixed the problem, and they proactively provided a quote to replace the troublesome part so it can be quickly replaced if my boiler were to fail over winter. Will always use these guys for my central heating.

   This company was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. They are efficient and professional. My tenants had no hot water so they did an emergency fix to the emersion heater to give them hot water and then replaced the boiler. I was very impressed with their experience, professionalism and efficiency. Everything is followed up by email and the guarantee was registered and sent to me. Excellent service.

   Great from the word go - Clare in the office was extremely helpful and was always quick and happy to answer my questions in the lead up to the work starting. The replacement and relocation of our boiler took 3 days as planned, and the guys were very accommodating when we had slight changes of plan here and there. And we are really happy with the work. Academy was recommended to us, and we would definitely recommend and use again.

   I've used Academy Heating before for a complete heating system / pump refurbishment and they were on time and excellent quality. Any questions I had after the fit were responded to very quickly and in a friendly fashion. Recently I've asked them back to fit a replacement valve (unrelated to the previous work) and they were with me the next day to review and book me in. Great service, great responsiveness and great result. Very pleased!

   Skilled, conscientious, fair pricing and completely reliable We had a confusing situation caused by a faulty motorised CH valve and also a temperamental thermostat. Academy visited to diagnose the problem, provided an estimate and we subsequently booked the work for the following week. Only the header part of the valve needed to be replaced and a new Nest thermostat (which I sourced myself via Amazon) was installed. All work was undertaken expertly, fastidiously, fully set-up and ready to run, and with great care taken to explain how it worked. The Nest system is absolutely brilliant! All aspects of the service was friendly and courteous, from initial inquiry and diagnosis, through to installation and final payment (which was as per the estimate). Very pleased to have found a decent, reliable company to look after my central heating. Excellent in every respect.
