Lady who answered the phone when I asked whether I should bring in my car to take a look at the catalytic converter was very argumentative and disrespectful. I asked for the price of a catalytic converter check and she quoted me, but when I asked politely whether she would know the price of fixing the actual problem she began shouting at me over the phone to bring my car in, showing me a poor attitude to customer service by not answering regular questions appropriately.
The service I received from Sony at Manford Motors was superb. I highly recommend this company for body repairs.
Excellent service. I needed a near fog light replacement, which required removal of the rear bumper for fitting. Sonny quoted 1/5th of the price from the Land Rover dealer. When fixing, Sonny noticed a dent on the bumper that holds the fog light. He repaired this at no extra charge. Very polite, knowledgeable and good workmanship at excellent rates.
