   I cannot recommend Robin enough. From the point of contacting him, I found Robin to be professional and most helpful. From the first time I met him, it was clear he was very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. He was quick to diagnose the issue and worked hard to fix it. Even after a second time of the main board going wrong due to a power surge, Robin was quick to return and resolve it once again. Throughout the process Robin maintained good communication and let me know the problems and how quickly they would take to repair. He was very efficient and what were difficult issues, that many others wouldn’t have repaired, Robin worked hard to find a solution. His prices are excellent, and I would certainly recommend him for fixing white goods.

   Robin came out on a Bank Holiday over Christmas to repair our fridge freezer which he managed to sort out and saved us from having to buy a new one. Service was excellent and his charges were really reasonable. Robin is really helpful, polite, efficient and professional. We were extremely happy with his service and would definitely recommend his services 100%. Customer service was fantastic and he phoned the next day to check that everything was all OK. We are so happy to have found him and would not hesitate to use his services again if we had problems with any other appliances. It’s so nice in this day and age to find a genuine, honest and experienced engineer. Plus we also got a 6 months warranty which was brilliant.

   Expert refrigeration was recommended to me by a friend who said “ don’t worry Robin will sort it” I contacted Robin and explained the issue with my display refrigerator. Over the phone Robin explained some issue that could be the cause and explained his charges. They are very reasonable. When he arrived he was professional and found the source of the problem quickly but said he said he will need to order a part but he was able to get the fridge working until he could do a proper fix. The part was order and fixed 2 days later. I would genuinely use this company again and would recommend. Great service from Robin at Expert refrigeration
