Called Keith about my SMEG oven not working after the element was replaced. Keith matter-of-factly asked if I had set the clock after disconnecting the appliance and replacing the element. My answer was no, so he asked me to do it and call him back if the oven would still not work after that. I set the clock and BOOM, the oven came alive and worked like a charm. What a bloke and what customer service! I am well impressed and will use Keith and KO Domestic Repairs whenever something goes wrong with my appliances at home. I am truly impressed by the impartial and honest advice received in no more than 60 seconds on the phone. Keith, you are a star! Highly recommended and one I know I can trust.

Would recommend Keith he is very professional and friendly. His rates are good and he arrived when he said he would. Our Electric oven died on us and unfortunately he wasn't able to mend it as it was too far gone mind you it was 40 years old so not surprising. He gave us some good advice concerning a new oven.
Didn't use service but I phoned up regarding to enquire about a repair for my washing machine. He was honest and suggested I'm better off to buy a new washing machine since the cost of the repair will be similar. I rated high for professionalism and honesty is hard to come by.
