   Experience is always king. After calling about five other engineers — including two Switch2 call-outs — they were absolutely useless at getting to the root cause. As soon as I spoke to Danny, I knew I was in the right place. He came out within 36 hours and got us back up and running. Heating and hot water restored. Great service overall — we won’t freeze to death thanks to DHP.

   I emailed Danny with details of a rusty monobloc tap and push and pull lever plug which needed replacing. Danny called back the following day and said he had a tap which would be able to replace mine and I was happy with this and expected Danny to give me a future date to fit it. Danny then said his son would around after his next job within a couple of hours to fit it which I thought was fantastic service. Danny's son arrived and fitted the tap and waste, the job was professionally done and a very reasonable price. I would be happy to recommend Danny's company and would definitely contact him again if and when I need any future plumbing work

   I've called Danny twice in recent months to fix a faulty boiler, and then a faulty tap. The boiler was initially reviewed by a large scale company that sent out someone who made the condition worse. I found out about Danny's services later on, and hired him to help fix the boiler. He was personable, professional and provided a great service. I subsequently called him for a faulty tap, and he was again reliable and knowledgeable to fix the problem quickly. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues.

   I’ve used DHP and Danny for multiple issues. He was always quick to respond, and carried out a professional job. He’s so far fitted a new shower, new kitchen water filter system as well as solved our heating issues that other plumbers couldn’t. I couldn’t recommend DHP more!

   Danny was brilliant. Called out to replace a broken radiator valve, he also fixed our leaking tap. Although he didn't have the parts to fix our faulty toilet cistern, he advised a DIYer which parts and how to install them. Very professional and knowledgeable of his trade and highly recommended!

   Danny attended my property to locate a slow leak that had been causing our wall to become damp at the bottom. Danny was immediately able to tell me where the leak was coming from and explained to me why it was happening. He was able to cut out part of the pipe that was faulty and fix this so that we no longer had a leak! Danny explained to me how to help dry out the wall and then tips on how to seal and paint it. The whole experience was very pleasant and Danny was very kind, knowledgeable, and was very reasonably priced. Definitely calling DHP for our future plumbing jobs!

   Danny replaced my old gas boiler with an electric boiler, moved the new boiler and the hot water cylinder up to the loft, and at the same time replaced the whole fuse board.  It was a massive and complicated job that took a week, and Danny was one of the few plumbers willing and able to take on a job like this.  I was impressed with Danny’s ability to work long hours and maintain a positive demeanor even when the job was not going to plan.  Highly recommended especially if you want an Electric Heating Company boiler and live in South East London.
