I would love to leave a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I just can’t. I was booked in for a "day appointment" — no time slot, no approximate hours. As a result, I had to skip work, miss my grocery run, cancel a medical appointment, and stay home all day. At noon, I called to check in. A lovely lady on the phone informed me that my job had been assigned and an engineer would come in the afternoon. Question: Why couldn’t I have been told that in the morning? I could have at least organised part of my day instead of waiting around in limbo. By 4 p.m., no one had shown up. I called again and was told to wait until 6 p.m. Fantastic — I’d already been waiting since 8 a.m., this is beyond ridiculous. At 6 p.m., still no one. I had to leave to pick up my child from nursery. It was the day before Good Friday, and I had done absolutely nothing all day, stuck at home waiting. I called again — the same polite lady apologised and said she would contact the engineer and call me back. I explained kindly that I didn’t need apologies — I needed a plumber. It's now 6:40 p.m., and guess what? No callback. Not even a quick "Sorry, I couldn’t reach the engineer." Conclusion: 11 hours wasted. No visit, no update, no callback from JET. I still have a 3 cubic metre leak on my supply pipe, and with the Easter break starting tomorrow, the next working day is Tuesday. My recommendation: Do not trust them. Avoid them if you can. You’ll save time — and as a consequence, money.

TAKING LEGAL ACTION After 24 hours plus , OP reassurance , always been ill-mannered,insulting and deem they can verbiage how they find to … Could not open the door because I did not have clothes …( dirty clothes in washing, ) ,narcoleptic and I’m struggling to walk from 35 stitches) .I informed the company this that was passed on to the third party ( jet maintenance ).So, Informed that he was told they were knocking at the door , narcolepsy ! Secondly I can’t open the door . He has an attitude and he said the toilet issue is health with … you sure it? It still smells like maneur to me . Now I’ve incurred a bladder infection …and other health issues because of their incompetence, waiting till the point were they have disbarred normal human sanitation needs. I’m a healthcare professional . I have 3 degrees . It’s not rocket science to understand leaving any resident whom has health issues , learning difficulties’ and ect ect That you are causing serious problems for that individual Common sense …can’t buy it …initiative use it …. Thee worst experience and meter service of my life . I’d rather not use my toilet for The common person whom answered’ the phone has no manners’, liased with me as if I’m a child , belittled’ me and because I mentioned “period “! He said I was being disrespectful ? How old is he 10 years old , you’re not a man you’re a boy.

I just wanted to say thankyou to the lovely lady that I dealt with today for helping get someone to me ASAP as we had a sewage drain overflowing and then ontop the storm. She was helpful. Poor aftercare service. We used Jet Maintenance for one of our managed buildings, the works were completed and the lawn was left in a state despite being within the contract to be left in a certain order. They filled the lawn with chunks of brick and MDF sheet board and severly uneven meaning we cannot mow the area and must now pay for more work to be carried out to make good. No response to several emails, removed from our contractor list and will not use again.
