   Avoid, rate it zero, took my car for 10 days then returned my vehicle unrepaired while I was away with engine fault and without my consent or knowledge. Left the keys inside my letter box, then pretended they got it like this!!! No paperwork, no explanation. Third party Insurance not paying because of sudden engine fault!?...What is this lalalalala. Did you ever give a running car to a garage and find a breaking down 10 days later park in your neighbourhood unable to be driven away, keys left in your letter box !!! It has happened to me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They coerced with insurer who's at fault to demolished your claim. Video your car while being taking away if you deal with them. Otherwise, avoid.

   I took my Lexus here for side damage repair , just wanted to say what a great job they did. I had a courtesy car all went smooth. When I came back my car was washed and ready and looked great. I give them 10/10. Excellent service. Thanks very much.

   Shocking service! After repairs following a non fault accident I found that my Satnav wasnt working first and then my car headlights. My The garage said it was nothing to do with them. With a little child, Iwas left to go to Mazda dealership as I didnt want to risk my life and the life of my baby especially because of poor workmanship. I have been told by Mazda that Libra messed the wiring up. Very disgusted at Libra Coachworks! Never ever going back there again. You shouldnt either! I dont usually write reviews but I have been through sooo much stress with regards to this accident and Libra Coachworks just added to it x10.

   We had our car repaired at Libra via an insurance claim. I was slightly worried having read some of the negative reviews, but our experience was generally good. The repair was turned around quickly, the courtesy car acceptable and any issues sorted with a quick phone call. The customer reps were helpful.

   My car has been referred to this garage for a repair. After reading some bad reviews here and taking my car to the garage (which looks messy) I was quite anxious. I have to say my car was ready quite quickly. I was impressed. The job they done looked great for me however I took my car to Mercedes in order for them to check it out. Mercedes confirmed that Libra Coachworks done a great job. 5 stars!
